About the project Region Lister

Region Lister is a project that aims to strengthen the attractiveness of the Lister region as a place to live and work. The aim is to showcase the uniqueness of living, working and living here - and help more people choose to establish themselves in our six municipalities: Farsund, Flekkefjord, Hægebostad, Kvinesdal, Lyngdal and Sirdal.

The project builds on the regional attractiveness strategy and works along three tracks: living, living and working in Lister. By collecting good stories, highlighting opportunities and making it easier to orientate yourself in the region, we will strengthen migration and regional pride.

The project was initiated by the Lister Council following clear needs from the business community. Lister Nyskaping is the regional project manager. The project is financed through the regional development fund, local savings banks, the county council and the municipalities. The aim is to develop a sustainable model that can live on after the project period.
