About the employer

Stompen Bakeri & Konditori is a small local artisan bakery, with its own outlet and café, with baked goods, pastries and hot food and catering. September 2021 we moved to a new building. Which has increased our production! And we are a growing company, with great opportunities!

Our focus is on safeguarding craftsmanship and traditions, and developing within the profession. We are also an approved apprenticeship organisation, and we want our apprentices to get the most out of their apprenticeship with us. With us, you can take a journeyman's certificate in confectionery and bakery and a vocational certificate in sales and service.
