We focus on maintaining a good working environment where diversity is valued and harassment is not tolerated. AERON has for many years taken in apprentices who have later received permanent employment, and we place great emphasis on giving employees the opportunity to develop and take on greater responsibility.

AERON is located in a modern building right by the E-39, has its own AERON corporate sports club, a gym at the workplace, and several social events.

Our employees and workers encounter our diversity commitment through both culture and systems. We are part of AF Gruppen, which was named by the Financial Times as one of Europe's best companies in diversity work.

We have zero tolerance for harassment and employees are encouraged to report anything that is not acceptable. In Flekkefjord we have employees from all the nearest municipalities such as Lund, Sokndal, Sirdal, Kvinesdal, Lyngdal and Farsund.

The world needs energy-efficient solutions. We work forward-looking, with energy-efficient and sustainable solutions for both new buildings and existing buildings. We offer smart technical solutions that will be profitable for both our customers and the environment, and follow ethical guidelines, laws and regulations to minimize negative impact on climate and environment.

By offering heat pumps, solar panel systems and utilizing renewable energy in sun, air and water, we offer sustainable forward-looking solutions. We support the local community through sponsorship of both cultural and sports clubs and by contributing through Småbyen Flekkefjord.

Aeron operates locally, nationally and globally and can therefore give employees the opportunity for many interesting work assignments with projects in many countries.

Since we are part of AF Gruppen, there will also be opportunities for training and further development in professional skills and leadership through AF Akademiet. AF's ambition is to be able to offer our employees the Nordic region's best leadership school.
