Who are we?
IPC is a complete, nationwide supplier of industrial piping.
We design, manufacture and install various piping systems in plastic and most types of steel. Our main market is land-based fish farming. Since starting up in 2010, we've been involved in building around 50 small and large fish farms along the coast – from south to north.
We also supply piping to the process industry and the power sector. Our customer list includes major manufacturing companies and suppliers to the power industry.
Our employees have extensive and varied experience from several different markets, such as the maritime industry, aquaculture, offshore and other sectors. This gives us a level of expertise that few can match. That expertise, combined with personal and excellent service, means our customers keep coming back.

What we do
Collaboration, flexibility and diversity in everyday work
We hold all the threads
As an IPC customer, you won't need to deal with more than one supplier. We have a large network of partners and employees with extensive experience in production and installation.
A good, flexible work environment
Many employees work shifts and spend a lot of time together, which is why collaboration is a priority. We hold regular discussions about flexible working hours, organise social gatherings and sponsor local sports.
Diversity
We have a good mix of Norwegian and Polish workers, several of whom have settled here with their families. The gender balance among operational staff is male-dominated, but we have women in office and finance roles – and a new female industrial pipefitter is on her way in.
Innovation, growth and sustainability
IPC is an innovative, growth-oriented and sustainable company. We're constantly seeking new areas to pursue and work on exciting projects, both for our customers and internally.
We place great emphasis on developing the company and giving employees opportunities to grow. Sustainability is a core value for us – we make active environmental choices in our assignments and our own operations, and we seek solutions that take long-term environmental considerations into account.
A forward-thinking workplace on the rise
With IPC as your employer, you choose a forward-thinking organisation that looks after each individual. Here you'll meet professionals with broad experience, a close-knit work environment and a workplace that's growing.
