A day in our workplace
A good working environment
We have an inclusive company culture, with openness and mutual respect. The workplace functions a bit like a family, where everyone is seen and looked after.
Social and developing
There is room here for both specialization and development. There's always new technology to get to grips with, and we train our employees in relevant areas. We have social gatherings, regular performance reviews and occupational health services. We have employees of both genders and a wide age range, from young to old.
Sustainability and a focus on our employees
We are a certified Eco-Lighthouse, provide energy-saving solutions and take care of our employees. We take part in the Education Fair to recruit people into the plumbing trade, and sponsor local teams and associations.
