Who are we?
NorDan is Norway's leading supplier of windows and one of Northern Europe's largest manufacturers of windows and doors.
We are a family-owned company, and in 2026 we celebrate our 100th anniversary. We focus on quality, make sustainable products with a long lifespan, and also offer the best end-customer warranty scheme on the market.
Moi has historically had deep expertise in the wood industry, which has given us a competitive advantage. We invest significant resources in product development and quality control.

NorDan has a great working environment. Distances are short, and colleagues meet across departments. We have a vision of "Perfect interplay". The goal isn't for us to be perfect, but to constantly strive for the perfect interplay between people, production technology and employees. That makes everyday life better for all of us.

Social and active
All employees automatically become members of NorDan's company sports club, with a gym, shooting, volleyball and badminton. We encourage socializing during lunch and breakfast in our shared canteen, along with several social gatherings throughout the year.
Diversity
Most of our employees come from the local area and surroundings. Our industry often has a low proportion of women and a large share of skilled tradespeople – and here NorDan stands out positively.
Sustainability and local engagement
We were the first window supplier to receive the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, back in 2007, and we have set clear sustainability targets for 2030 with our own sustainability director. NorDan is also a major contributor to the local community, supporting local organizations and associations.
Internal career opportunities and short distances to management
NorDan is constantly exploring new markets and seeking growth, which gives us great opportunities for the future. There's an open atmosphere and short distances to get projects raised to management.
