Security for patients, development for staff

The hospital, one of the largest workplaces in Lister, helps provide a sense of security to the region's population. It scores highly on national quality indicators, including hygiene and patient satisfaction. We put the population's best interests first in everything we do, continuously seek improvement, and are able to adapt.

Strong internal cooperation within the health trust allows staff to train at other units and develop professionally, which in turn strengthens the hospital. We want to facilitate local research, analysis and project work. We're open to change and willing to invest based on employee motivation. We offer courses, further opportunities for skills development, and options for continuing education and specialisation.

Values, diversity and job satisfaction

Our values

Respect, professional competence, accessibility and commitment shape the way we meet patients, relatives, staff and partners. Interactions between staff and patients are marked by equality.

Diversity

We're proud of our cultural diversity, with staff from many countries, and our professional diversity, with many different specialties. Our employees are innovative, creative, skilled problem-solvers and team players.

Job satisfaction

We work in teams across departments, with a focus on collaboration, shared solutions and a sense of security. Even though the hospital has several departments, you'll always be met with smiles and friendly greetings in the corridors.

Working with us

We want our employees to thrive both at work and in their personal lives. The hospital is centrally located in town, within walking distance of schools, kindergartens, cultural and leisure activities, and more.

We're happy to help integrate our employees into the local community, and are glad to assist with transitional housing or job opportunities for partners.
