Flekkefjord is the westernmost town on Norway's south coast and one of the country's best-preserved wooden-house environments. The municipality stretches from the islands of Hidra and Andabeløy in the sea to Sira and Gyland inland. Today industry (Mowi, Parat Halvorsen) meets a lively town centre with a new cultural centre and genuine island life.
