Working with us
We have a strong culture of professional development, giving motivated and driven employees opportunities to grow within the company. Several of our tradespeople have advanced to supervisor and foreman positions – and many stay with us for years.
New employees receive a thorough onboarding, so they feel confident in their new role and are well equipped to succeed. For newcomers to the area, we also try to offer support with the settling-in process.
We hold annual events and have an active work environment committee that organizes activities throughout the year. We also take part in education fairs and offer work placements for students to showcase the opportunities within technical trades.
